I sent a request – what happens now?
Check your inbox first. We sent you an email with a confirmation link. Your request only reaches the company once you click that link. That is what stops anyone from sending requests in your name. After that, give the company 24 to 48 hours. The people on this platform are working tradespeople – most of them are on a job site, not at a desk.
Am I committing to anything?
No. Your first request through WrightGuild is an introduction, nothing more. A contract only exists once you and the company have agreed on the work, the details and the price – and that contract is between the two of you. We are not part of it.
What if nobody gets back to me?
First, make sure you clicked the confirmation link in our email – without that click, the company never received your request. If you did and you have heard nothing after three business days, drop us a line at office@wrightguild.com. We will follow up quietly on your behalf. Answering people is part of the Code of Honor every member signs.
I run a shop – how do I join?
Click “Become a Member” at the top right. You will find everything there: what membership covers, what it costs, and how you get in. We are looking for companies that put their name on their work.
