Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 18, 2026
1. In short
We keep what the site needs to work, and nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not trade it, we do not build profiles, and we do not follow you around other websites. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
2. Who is responsible
Digital Consutling Prime
A.J. Cross
c/o RA Matutis, Fürstenstraße 5
5400 Hallein, Austria
office@wrightguild.com
3. If you send a job or a request
You do not need an account. We store what you typed – the description of the work, your ZIP code and your email address – and pass it to the companies you picked yourself, so they can answer you. That is the whole purpose, and there is no other use.
Your request only goes out after you click the link in our confirmation email. If you never click it, it is deleted unsent. Requests that have been answered or that have run their course are cleared out automatically each night.
4. If you are a member company
We store what you enter about your business: company name, address, contact details, trade and services, your text, your photos, and the requests that reach you. Most of it is meant to be public – that is the point of being listed.
There are no passwords on WrightGuild. Your Partner ID is your key, and it is the one thing you must keep to yourself.
If you enter the address of your own website, our system calls that page up from time to time to check whether the link back to WrightGuild is still there. Nothing else about that visit is stored.
5. Cookies
We set one cookie, and only for members. After you have signed in once with your Partner ID, your browser gets a recognition token so you do not have to type the ID again. The cookie holds that token – never your ID, never your data.
It expires after 90 days without use, and after 365 days in any case. Clear your browser data and it is gone – then you sign in with your ID again. There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies on this site.
6. Payment
Membership fees are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us – we never see or store a full card number. From Stripe we receive confirmation that a payment went through, and the details we need to write your invoice. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.
7. Who else gets data
Only the people who have to, in order for the site to work:
· the company you picked, so it can answer your request
· Stripe, for payments
· our hosting provider, which runs the servers this site sits on
· our outgoing mail service, which delivers our emails
Beyond that, nobody – unless we are required by law to hand something over. We do not sell, rent or trade data to anyone, ever.
8. How long we keep it
Only as long as it is needed. A membership that ends, or a company that leaves, goes into a recycle bin for 30 days – time enough to change your mind or recover something – and after that everything is deleted for good. There is no backup archive we quietly keep on the side.
A registration that is never completed disappears on its own when its time runs out. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires us to keep them.
9. Your choices
Write to office@wrightguild.com and you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Members can edit or delete most of it themselves in their own account. Invitation emails carry a link that stops them for good, in one click, without an account.
10. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Uploads are checked before they are accepted. Access to the servers is limited to what is needed to run them. No system is beyond reach – but the less we keep, the less there is to lose, and that is the reason we keep so little.
11. Not for children
WrightGuild is a business platform and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page and the date at the top changes with it.
