1. Who operates this site

WrightGuild is operated by Digital Consulting Prime, A.J. Cross, c/o RA Matutis, Fürstenstraße 5, 5400 Hallein, Austria. You can reach us at office@wrightguild.com. By using this site you accept these Terms.

2. What WrightGuild is

WrightGuild is a directory. It lets you find trade companies near you, send them a job, and look at work they have built. We put the two sides in touch and stop there. We are not a contractor, not a broker, and not an agent for anyone listed here.

3. Any contract is between you and the company

If you hire a company you found here, that agreement is between you and that company alone. We are not a party to it. No money for the work passes through WrightGuild. Anything to do with the job – price, schedule, quality, warranty, complaints – is between the two of you.

4. We do not vet the companies

Every company on WrightGuild speaks for itself. We do not check licenses, insurance, bonding, qualifications or references, and we make no statement about anyone's ability. Each company stands behind its own listing with its own name. Check licensing and insurance yourself before you hire – in most states that information is public.

5. It costs you nothing

Using WrightGuild as a customer is free. No fees, no commission, no charge for sending a job or contacting a company. The companies pay a fixed membership fee to be listed – that is our entire business model. We take no cut of any job.

6. Sending a job or a request

You do not need an account. You pick the companies yourself – up to five per job – and we email you a confirmation link. Nothing goes out until you click it. That is on purpose: it means the companies only ever get real requests.

Send what you actually need. Requests are limited per address and per day, and we may block traffic that looks automated or abusive. Do not use this site to advertise to the companies listed on it.

7. Photos and listings belong to the companies

The project photos, descriptions and company details on this site were uploaded by the companies themselves. They are responsible for them, and they own them. You may look at them here; you may not copy, scrape, republish or use them elsewhere.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to office@wrightguild.com with the work concerned, where it appears on this site, your contact details, and a statement that you own the rights. We remove infringing material promptly and notify the company that posted it, who may reply. Repeat infringers lose their membership.

8. No stars, no rankings

There are no ratings, no reviews and no recommended lists on WrightGuild – so there is nothing here that can be bought or gamed. Position in the results comes from distance and trade, never from payment.

9. The site as it is

WrightGuild is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise the site is free of errors or always reachable, and short outages and maintenance windows happen. We are not liable for what a company does or fails to do, for the accuracy of what companies write about themselves, or for any loss arising out of a job you agreed with a company. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, and the courts of Salzburg, Austria have jurisdiction. If you use this site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
